Forest : Climate and Health

The climate in the Cameroon Forest is generally warm and very humid. Average temperatures range from the upper 70F to 80F. Mornings can be cool and damp, but it warms up should the sun shine. By mid morning the temperature has warmed up considerably, with afternoon rainstorms cooling the area again.

Cameroon is a Yellow fever as well as malaria area, so one should take precautions against both of these. Please consult your Doctor.

A yellow fever vaccination card is required upon entering the country.
